Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Nest Construction ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit nest.cr or submit an inquiry through our contact form. You can reach us at info@nest.cr.

Information We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, project type, project location, project details, and how you heard about us.

We also collect standard technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your browser type and general usage data, through the analytics tools described below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, follow up on your project request, and keep an internal record of the conversation. Submissions may be stored in CRM software we use to manage and organize project inquiries.

Cookies & Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and PostHog to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors reached us. These tools may set cookies in your browser.

You can disable cookies at any time through your browser settings; doing so will not affect your ability to browse the site, though some features may not work as intended.

Embedded Content

Pages on this site may include content embedded from other websites (for example, an Instagram post). Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited that third-party website directly, and that website's own privacy policy applies to any data it collects.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us operate this website and manage project inquiries, such as our CRM software and analytics providers, and only as needed for those purposes.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your Rights

You may ask us, at any time, what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, contact us at info@nest.cr.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
